Pros

If you are in management, marketing, or both - you can get away with anything. Very clicky but if you get in with the right side of management that have been there for years - you're in.

Cons

Largely a company that is run by the 'boys club' and very little awareness of how much work employees do. Many managers that only look out for themselves. Pay is far lower than industry average - except those who are given special treatment. Don't count on that if you're not male. The company struggles with determining proprieties and finding their way in the industry. A lot of great people don't work at AGIA any longer and that's a result of terrible and toxic management along with continuous shifts in priority.

Pros

small family owned business. majority of staff is friendly. in the middle of many different restaurants. beautiful location

Cons

management is a joke. from HR to SOME supervisors. All they do is walk around like they have so much to go do outside their desk. Favoritism definitely plays a part here. The lack of inconsistency is upsetting. they promise you one thing but are quick to change their minds. At the interview they play it up to be the best place to work with because everyone cares for their employees is a load of crap. Ever hear of management saying to its employees to ask for permission to use the restroom? thats how ridiculous this place is, incredibly unprofessional. and then you have Upper management scolding for using the restroom a few minutes before a break or lunch, asking you "couldnt you have held that in?" biggest joke ever. dont work here

Pros

Great location. Bankers hours, and every Federal holiday off.

Cons

High turnover, lots of layoffs. Multiple examples of layoffs that gutted departments abilities to do its job. Then when it gets critical, hire a temp. Then when money gets tight, gut the department again. All while making many promises of future advancement. Worst documented processes and procedures I have ever seen. Endless management meetings with nothing but layoffs to show for it.
