      Nice folks to work with. They move at lighting speed there. Good clients.

      Cons

      No direction. Poor communication. Hard to understand firm procedures and expectations. Can't see how to move up in my career there.

      Good swag. Nice website. They have some nice clients.

      Cons

      No one has any direction. It is a get it done yesterday mentality. There is no planning done and a lack of communication. Office is shared by 5 other firms and the bathroom is gross. Seems like the direction of the firm changes on a daily basis.
