      Pros

      The most of the employees on the shop floor are great to work with. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Wages are not competitive in the industry. Management says they want input about the issues the company is facing, but it ends there. They continue to make the same choices while expecting different results. Excessive amount of mandatory OT, 10-12 hours a day, 6-7 days a week.

      Okay pay good benefits after a month and union

      Cons

      they do not care about the employees, they only care about profits. Anyone under them is treated as if they know nothing, and looked at as dirt. I’ve worked for plenty of places and this is by far the worst place I’ve ever worked. The only two supervisors that new what they were doing are gone now.
