There's no work.Only people who don't want to work must join.

This company was great before this man happened .He brought all his pawns and ruined everything. 1) very bad increment 2) HR policies suk 3) Nothing to learn 4)no work-life balance 5) Everything they offer is a lie 6) No fixed weekend off.Plus they can wake u up anytime as if they have bought you. 7) You won't get the same job role as promised. They feed you lies ..Don't join this company if you really want to learn something.

Helpful team members Manageable pressure Approachable HR department I cannot find more pros, I just want to complete twenty minimum words.

Cons

Late working hours. Some people even have to stay late night. Bad increment Bad increment cycle...expect it after September Rich gets richer and poor gets poorer, that's all I can say.
