Pros

AGW hires some of the most passionate and driven individuals in the industry. Also, you're near pretty good food.

Cons

- Overworked, overpromised, and underpaid, all with astronomical expectations structured around smaller-than-anticipated clients. - Owners are all over the place. “Radical candor” disguised as bullying in an “I’m the nice guy” kind of environment. Feels like middle school. - Incredibly minimal growth opportunities but a lot of mind games with empty promises and pushed meetings. - Long hours, always on call, and expect to come in on the weekends no matter what. - "Unlimited vacation" means don't take a single day off and how dare you even inquire. - Insanely high turnover rate. - Really... interesting... business practices.

Pros

- cool clients - occasional outing perks - Brooklyn location

Cons

- inconsistent, passive aggressive, volatile owners - very high turnover - little respect or appreciation for employees; lots of favoritism - must be online and available pretty much 24/7 for both urgent and non-urgent client needs - no structured review system - no real vacation policy meaning you have "unlimited days", but get chastised and yelled at for taking any vacation depending on the owners' moods
