Pros
If you like your boss, congratulations, you’ll have a revolving door of unqualified supervisors who are themselves essentially “business trafficked” into the country so they can wildly change focus on a daily basis and create an unsteady atmosphere. So many bosses, so little actual functional advice. I don’t want to leave out the near constant online meetings which are just brow beating sessions designed to relieve themselves of blame for the day.
Cons
They will 100% want you to do the heavy lifting, this is not hyperbole, you will be moving extremely heavy and expensive objects daily. The environment is very loud, often dangerous, and always unpleasant. However, it’s great because they don’t offer significant raises or pay out the commissions owed, so yay!
