After 4-5 months , they stop giving salary on time and hold some amount to blackmail their employees so that they can't resign .. CEO/Owner denies to settle the F&F amount even after 60 days . Pathetic company and owners

Nothing to appreciate. Diplomatic employer. HR hide company regulations during providing offer letter about they will keep your salary on hold for 2 months even company fire you.

Cons

No job security. They can fire you without notice or on 4 days notice period. In such case, you can't search job suddenly. They don't pay your last salary after leaving company.

Our Organisation has very transparent policies and are always available over the HR portal of the organisation for everyone. Policies are built for everyone's benefits however fewer ones might not accept the policies and create nuisances. Still we are alway open to discuss, learn and implement the changes wherever required. We may not be perfect, but trying towards the betterment organisation as well as the people of organisation everyday.
