I've never seen so much incompetence from management - major programs without any planning, even though they are given enough time to plan - inexperienced people put in positions of high responsibility who have no idea what they are doing, and dont seem to want to engage people who can actually get them out of the mess they are in - as a result always putting out fires - highly stressful for employees - highly political (no-one brave enough to call out what is obviously going wrong) - high turnover - a constant 'us and them' mentality between business and technology

The pace of work is fairly slow.

Cons

Poor culture and uncaring management. Manager lacks ability to understand subordinate needs and issues. A lot of people seem to have complaints about one thing or another. There is too much politics happening in the company, yet no one dares to speak up, mainly because the manager is also involved. A lot of trust issues.
