Pros
Colleagues are great, everyone really tries to pitch in to help one another which is a great feeling. Food is also great.
Cons
Management is horrible. Too many "heads" of "departments" Constant turnover - not only from teachers but also department leaders. Owners of the school play dirty. Pay is abysmal which is why there is constant turnover. So much is asked of you for so little in return. Heads of departments/schools care more about what parents want than listening to what teachers need or want.
