Pros

- you are exposed to may resources and have access to the CEO much more than any other company - CEO is visionary and passionate about her field - Environment is fast paced but with good supportive network - Team members have positive attitude and develop an ccomplished portfolio - Multitasking is required, so if you like it there are various responsibilities you can pick up and learn - Team members handle strategic as well as tactical elements of leadership and team management - My time at AIM has been a very informative, challenging and rewarding experience

Cons

- Since AIM Strategies is a consulting firm, it is more susceptible to economic ups and downs - Sometimes the added flexibility creates less structure and people can get 'lost' if they don't have an internal desire to succeed - The exciting, entrepreneurial environment does not pay as well as larger firms can
