RUN away, Toxic environment. Do not even consider working here. Individual fifedoms. Task-oriented, employees are of no value.

The team members and mid-managers are good, and genuinely try to create a good environment, but all that goes out the window if Prab or John get involved
Cons
CEO is same as Virginia Transformer. Look them up. Expected to work nights, weekends, holidays, doesn't matter. No balance whatsoever. Own gets mad, you get written up. No context. Beware.
