They start off nice but this doesnt last
Cons
The minute your face doesnt fit they will work to get you out and do it the cheapest way possible. Their staff turnover is extremely high. Lately they have worked towards employing contractors so that they dont have to work with payouts

Pros
Could be a good company if the owners valued and looked after their staff better. No value system in place. Processes are poor and not followed.
Cons
Staff turnover is terrible! Lack of engagement. No staff meetings. No cultural or ethical behaviours practised. Really bad processes or non at all.
