      Structured and well managed team Flexible work conditions Clean and modern office Parking Well paid Fairly treated Access to learning and professional development Good team - fun, dynamic and totally egalitarian Opportunity to learn new technology across software and hardware applications from very experienced people. No gate keepers. ...and a few laughs at each other along the way

      Cons

      None really. You have to embrace some heart attack moments, but that's just IT and working in an MSP environment.
