I worked at Alltake in the product department and, unfortunately, my experience was not positive. There was very little room for growth or skill development. Hard work often went unnoticed, while credit for important contributions was frequently given to others. The environment lacked transparency and genuine support for career progression. Overall, if you're looking for a place to grow your career in product management, I would recommend considering other options. Pros: Some talented colleagues Exposure to basic processes
