      Nonsensical Decisions & Questionable Management Style

      Pros

      Colleagues were good people, as was one of our Directors.

      Cons

      Hugely top heavy structure which is getting worse since I've left. Not recruiting team members within departments but hiring extra people (and sometimes duplicate positions). Lack of communication cross departments (even with all these management positions!) has contributed to losses in recent years.

      Pros

      Lots of great people who support eachother. I had great, supportive individuals as my line management.

      Cons

      Senior leadership changes have not been for the best and there is a preoccupation with growth above all else, despite not having enough staff for the work level they currently expect. Do not rehire for roles when people leave, and multiple long-term staff have left hand they have not been replaced, or have been made redundant. Lack of loyalty to and care for staffs physical and mental health. Salary was below industry average.
