Management style is silos. There are good employees to meet and work with.

1. Cheap company with 25%-30% below industry standard pay. 2. Expect you to work for multiple profile roles and for longer hours without any extra compensation. 3. Site management treat sub-trades & labour like a crap and always go for an unfair negotiation. 4. Culture is to create unnecessary last moment pressure and throw junior people under the bus. 5. Senior management is expert at lying to clients and sub-trades 6. Always look for an opportunity to exploit employees and keeping them blind. 7. No HR could survive in the company or any annual review system or annual performance salary hike process. 8. Worst and disrespectful superintendents who use vulgar language all the time with client and sub trades. 9. Super stressful work culture and no work life balance. 10. No career growth opportunity and ensure that employees keep working at junior level for years. 11. All the time preaching about doing grew things but actually doing nothing to make it happen. 12.
