Pros
Prestigious agency, prestigious clients. You dont need to hunt customers, they will find you.
Cons
Not very good relationships inside the firm, many arrogant people, employees change quite often. The agency has bad reputation among ex-employees and even among press (contact people change too often according to journalists and the cooperation could be better).

Pros
Flexible working hours, friendly co-workers, getting a large deal of responsibilities straight from the start - otherwise a pretty good place to work during summer
Cons
Rigid work approach, lack of innovation and new ideas; the scheme was a little chaotic - had to ask for work every time I wanted to do something - lack of potential for a career growth
