Pros

A beautiful store on Duke street, good uniform allowance and certain freedom in an individual business approach. You can test your own clientelling skills as they have zero implementations.

Cons

No health and safety training. You are required to carry heavy boxes on delivery days. You are required to stay longer, come earlier with no extra pay (as per contract). No weekends off or Saturdays off allowed. Met with attitude when requesting days/holidays off. I kept working with no holiday for 9 months due to this and burnt out. No sick pay! Messy rota system, constantly changing with many mistakes. HQ based in France and the manager gets away with harassment. No real HR support.

Pros

• Amazing Community / good atmosphere • "entry-position-friendly" - you get to learn about stock procedures; Visual Merchandising & operational tasks • quality of products enables honest and easy storytellings • Good Training Software • The team at Ami in Berlin was lovely • Alexandre's Shows are amazing • Buying Team: exchange of feedbacks is taken super seriously

Cons

• Bad communication/ connection between store and HQ departments • Salary & Commission System are not competitive when compared at the current market • Onboarding part from Supervisors could be better • Feedbacks going to HQ other than Buying Team "fall off", are not taken into account due to a lack of humility and coachability
