"Growth, growth, growth. Processes and needs within the company change often so there's lots of opportunities for professional development. Upper Management and HR are inclined to acknowledging the employees value and contributions. The owners also give random bonuses and raises company wide. Great place to determine what you really want to do and kick off your career."

Cons

The company is on the small side so there aren't big perks (401K, vacation, etc.) like one may see in larger corporations. (AMP makes up for this in flexibility though)

There really is a lot of Pro's working with AMP Payment Systems. To name a few, the pay is amazing, upper management never forgets to give us bonuses and pay increases when the company is thriving! They recognize that if it wasn't for the employee's then they wouldn't be thriving, that is the type of recognition companies should give to their employees. It's all so very nice to be rewarded for a job well done, and to be noticed when we do our jobs above and beyond! I appreciate how much they work hard to make sure we are always being developed and given every oppurtunity to move up in the company. It's helped me thrive in the work environment as well as my personal life with the skills that I have been taught!

Seriously I have no Cons here! Very happy with the company, I have been with the company on and off for 3 years.
