Pros

There really is a lot of Pro's working with AMP Payment Systems. To name a few, the pay is amazing, upper management never forgets to give us bonuses and pay increases when the company is thriving! They recognize that if it wasn't for the employee's then they wouldn't be thriving, that is the type of recognition companies should give to their employees. It's all so very nice to be rewarded for a job well done, and to be noticed when we do our jobs above and beyond! I appreciate how much they work hard to make sure we are always being developed and given every oppurtunity to move up in the company. It's helped me thrive in the work environment as well as my personal life with the skills that I have been taught!

Cons

Seriously I have no Cons here! Very happy with the company, I have been with the company on and off for 3 years.

Pros

The work environment has always been very positive and encouraging. There is a lot of room to grow and learn new things. Management is always looking for new ways to encourage the entire team and giving out bonuses when we hit yearly goals when they dont have to do it. The owners are very appreciative of everyone that puts in the hard work.

Cons

To be honest, I can't think of anything.

Pros

They will definitely put you to work. You will work and work and work without any thanks or appreciation.

Cons

This company mistreats both their clients and their employees. Where cuts can be made, they will be made- and everyone suffers. This company illegally takes businesses from other merchant services companies and flips them over to their side without the acknowledgement of the small business. They do not properly train their new Agents, and their business model is that you are disposable. If they can get just one deal from every agent that they bring on, that is all that matters. Employees do not matter.
