Most employees feel unsupported, constantly moving from one management request to another, many of which are dictated by Microsoft. The CEO claims the company provides infrastructure support rather than labor outsourcing, but in reality, they hire insourcing labor to manage the technically illiterate and problematic Microsoft teams. Ultimately, the job feels more like cheap labor for Microsoft, with no career growth or support in sight.
