      Pros

      Hard working and loyal employees. (They shouldn't be!)

      Cons

      The CEO is incredibly mean and manipulative and always talks down on employees making them feel like they are not deserving of adequate compensation. He always tries to turn coworkers against each other. Every one there feels stuck. consultants only stay there because the NetSuite market in Nigeria isn't competitive. The CEO is constantly flaunting wealth in his employees faces while giving them scraps under his table. Employees work so hard and he makes them feel like he is doing them favours by paying them peanuts.

      The management will waste your time and being employed is not certain because of one stupid impromptu presentation.

      It’s a pleasure of working at AMT Digital, and I can confidently say it's been an incredible experience. The team is supportive, the work is challenging and rewarding, and the company culture is top-notch. I feel lucky to be a part of such a great organization.
