Pros

With cuts in salary up to 20% and assurance of management to give the same in time has slipped the deadlines.

Cons

Company is under NCLT review till 31st August as last date by which AMW has to come up with reasonable bailout plans as earlier such proposals were not accepted by Consortium of Banks (9 Nos) and by lead lender IDBI.

Nothing except for a good product. Trucks manufactured are of good quality and stand in good competition.

Cons

Everything from salary to growth. No salary at the end of the month. I worked for five years and never received my salary at the end of the month. And there was zero growth all these five years.
