free snacks, occasional free lunches, 2 weeks vacations and pretty friendly co-workers

Cons

favoritism and politics. No trainings and personal growth unless you are one of the favorite. Expect lots of work and crazy deadline.

Cons

Politics and favoritism is the word of this company. Company is run based on managers mood and acquaintances. Directors go after their direct reports and destroy employee image as a person and as a professional. Place of great gossip.

CEO runs the company like its high school and bully around, constantly change his "favorite". The HR spy on employees and bad month everyone including CEO.
