Pros
They pay well. If you're in it for a paycheck and have little life outside of work, this is the place for you.
Cons
Unlike most MSPs, you are assigned customers (with a secondary/backup tech assigned), so you receive direct calls/emails and have to juggle existing work and projects with new work/incoming requests. As opposed to a more help desk style approach, with incoming issues being triaged and spread over available technicians. Arbitrary 'billable' time requirements used to pressure and manipulate employees into devoting personal time to meet their arbitrary expectations. Maintenance tasks require some off hours work, and some clients have almost no off hours availability for server reboots and other maintenance. Just expect poor work/life balance and if not exceeding your *numbers* the constant nagging feeling that your next day might be your last. Management handles most of the advanced roles, so upward mobility unlikely. They do not supply a laptop, and you are expected to provide full support (I ended up buying a decent laptop only to not need it for my position with a new employer).
