Truly awful

Pros

There are none, the up sell of pension benefits and a few other things is far outweighed by how awful it is to work here.

Cons

Joining the business you are sold on the ideals of a ‘family feel’ company, with lots going on and many benefits. This is certainly not the case. It may well be how Andros is run in France but I’ve never felt so much like a ‘number’, the senior management are extremely rude and abrupt with staff, having next to no people skills and is often the case seem to be running around like headless chickens causing more of hinderance than any productivity. Shifts patterns and placement on shifts can be chopped and changed at will of the management with little communication with the staff it effects. For a business to rely on agency staff to feel the gaps cannot be beneficial - perhaps treating staff with respect and some courtesy would see a higher rate in staff retention. I would not recommend working here at all.

Pros

Company bonus included vacation pay, sick pay, and decent health benefits. People are friendly and work well together. A lot of overtime.

Cons

Variable shift hours(you never know when you're getting off) 6 day work weeks. Very hot working conditions. Low pay for work done.
