staff are mostly decent, management more fair once you settle into the role

life might be harder for you if simply getting on with the job is your priority

You have a job in the active sector, Great to create good relationships with people.
Cons
The pay would sometimes be late and whenever you would do additional hours it would never come on time. The hours given would be short of contract so would be "my responsibility" to get it up to date.
