8. Vendors and suppliers are not paid for their work. Management will force and pressurise to get the work done from vendors who are not paid and will blame site team for any delays due to this.
9. Every then and now formats of trackers are changed. Even though changes are for all departments but only site team are pressurised to follow the changes. Rest of the department do as they want
10. Illiterate and uneducated people are running the company
11. Most of the supervisors are chacha, mama, taya etc. they will do what and how the want. They will not listen to PMs.
