Pros
Flexible hours. Excellent work-life balance. Challenging projects. Mostly nice coworkers. Management is very technically capable.
Cons
Very big divide between top-level management & everyone else. Employee requests are ignored or refused. Raises are small and don’t keep up with inflation; employees regularly leave for better-paying options in the area.
