Pros

I believe that employee development programs are valuable, particularly the workshops offered within the company. These opportunities help employees to feel safe and valued in the workplace.I want to commend the company for its recent initiatives aimed at fostering communication workshops and helping employees understand and appreciate the diverse backgrounds and experiences of their colleagues. Rules and exceptions - within the balance like every work place and flexible in some areas . Employee lift - The company gives the oportunity to potenial employees to have a fresh start-up with previous experience and without .

Cons

I believe there are areas that need improvement, such as increasing automation in various tasks instead of relying on manual processes. and benefits reviews should occur within specific deadlines for the employees to understand and make an idea when they are up to it rather than make up a date by their own .

Pros

fixed hours. no extra time. they give the national holiday for each person based on their country of living.

Cons

You can't take vacations at your desired time. You will have to choose the next yearly vacation in December each year. There are no meetings to make the employees get to know each other or know the managers. no health insurance coverage. low salaries.
