Pros
Financial stable company with growing potential thanks to good R&D, modern equipped production site, good relationship to customers. In current organization structure company is still very flexible in decisions, approvals, etc...
Cons
Currently the company is growing too fast and most of the internal procedures are obsolete and unsuficient at the moment. Company is facing the problem with very low unemployment ratio in Czech republic and due to this is very difficult to hire skilful and reliable people for the production plant.
