      I really am unable to think of any!

      I made the huge mistake of leaving my previous company to take an opportunity at APC Packaging. This was probably the worst mistake of my professional career. Extreme micro-management and the owners are incredibly disrespectful and critical. Their training program is extremely under- developed so if you don't come from a packaging background good luck! Just an overall unpleasant experience and horrible fit for me!

      Pros

      Besides great benefits and a strong team to work with, you can always find space and chance to grow here. The leadership team is completely in touch with the business. I have been enjoyed working at this company.

      Pros

      I joined this company without any cosmetic packaging experience. The onboard training was fast but the management let me start with simple tasks and tried to create opportunities for me to learn through the real practice. I feel it is easy to communicate with the management as the owners’ doors are always open and my opinions are welcomed at any time. They really pay attention to how I feel about working here. I think it is not only me but every team member. They talked to us and gave us different chances that could fit better into our potentials. Btw. the owners are truly kind. The benefits that this company is offering is really one of the best I saw so far, considering it is only a family owned, medium size company.

      Cons

      I would suggest to include more of team building activities in the office or outside.
