      Pros

      Brilliant company to work for, paid for my qualifications in Customer Service level 2 and also Business Administration level 2 and currently awaiting to do my Mental Health First Aid course. The office is packed with enthusiastic agents and management are really helpful and understanding.

      If you miss the butty van you will have to travel out for lunch

      I have worked for APJ for 4+ years and have progressed within the management team to take additional roles to ensure that our clients full journey has been taken in to consideration. They have been extremely supportive with my dyslexia and understand that presentations/training may need to be adapted for this to be understood for all members.

      Cons

      Due to relocation of office travel is a little further than when I started, but worth it to work in a friendly but fair environment
