      high turnover due to management and internal politics

      facilities (except toilet) are good

      Cons

      upper management protects long term employees, resulting in long term employees having the power to not complete their duties, offload their responsibilities to subordinates, openly make snide remarks, push the blame onto others, etc. people considering apm, beware. office politics are terrible and bottom feeders have to support heavily. OT for few hrs is common. no work life balance.
