There are a lot of cultural problems with a lot of power struggles for example SAP TL will try and get you to do his work for from him meanwhile a director will tell you to do something else, they are not aligned and SAP TL will do anything to look like the top dog in front of the founders it creates conflict and is not nice. the SAP TL steals leads and takes everything for himself, becuase he is the favorited he is not pulled up on this wither, A lot of people really dont like him nor do they respect him becuase his ability to do his own job is very low, he doesnt know SAP nor does he know how to sell or qualify a technical JD. A lot of people complain but nothing changes this results in a low atmosphere and no one is actually motivated to try and do business becuase they know the SAP TL glory hunter will find a way to make it his or crush it all together. The main reason why the team cannot grow and you can't do business is becuase of him, but no one cares as long as he is happy that is the main thing!
