Work life balance - FORGET IT. You are expected to work overtime and if you leave on time you are frowned upon.... the superiors know that most staff work from home even at 11pm to keep up with the work, but they (superiors) do not care as long as the targets are being met. Recognition ??? Lol.... I resigned after 6yrs and NO ONE took an interest to ask WHY.... no superior approached me to check why I was leaving. That's how valuable I was.... Useless HR.
