- Good benefits - Paid Time Off duty - Health Insurance - Bereavement pay - Float Time
Cons
It's hard to get these unit to complete the orders depends on level of stressor due to customers' demands and supplies. It's very complicated to do the job as reading the blueprints and micrometer, torque, cables wiring, and other things. It's hard to read the blueprint to see the big picture is how to assembly.
