Pros
The commissions are really good, and if you work hard it won't be hard to earn a considerable salary in the commercial area. But the best is the environment, nice people, good bosses.
Cons
The main offices are not big enough, we have to work on Saturdays until half day, but we rest one of three Saturdays.
