Pros
- Worked here a while back, things may have changed since but the social events were always really good and a good way to meet other colleagues in different departments. There seemed to be a big push on taking professional examinations too. - Friendly staff
Cons
- Communication between departments was not good which would cause conflict and issues becoming bigger than needed. - Workload was crazy high for the contracted hours, it became almost impossible to get work out on time due to this and it became exhausting trying to keep up. I often worked unpaid overtime. - Micromanaging was apparent which did cause low morale. - The salary was low for the amount of work expected. I was offered a similar role with a better salary and less hours, hence the reason I left.
