The company has provided a lot of interesting opportunities. It is a small company so there is not a lot of job specialization. This is great if your are a generalist.
Cons
The company is small and is working on developing a new technology for sapphire crystal growth. While the results show some promise, the sapphire crystal industry as a whole is very uncertain. If you need a steady job for years to come, you may want to look elsewhere. In its current size, there is very little room for advancement. If the technology takes off, things will be great.
