      Pros

      Willing to work with your schedule as long as you get the job done.

      Cons

      Family owned business. Unwilling to make changes/upgrades until last minute or have to because of the situation. Some employees have been there 3 years and no raises.

      Pros

      The owner is not in the office most of the time. You get a one hour lunch break. Vending machine cokes are 65 cents.

      Cons

      Owner is the worst person you will ever meet. Everything is micro managed. Everyone is overworked and underpaid.

      Work for your fellow employees, not the owner

      Pros

      Some great fellow employees to work with. Everyone working hard to get their job done within the constraints of management and sub-par equipment. Employees tend to work hard to keep the work going for their fellow employees, NOT for the owner.

      Cons

      Owner tends to go on witch hunts at times against certain employees. Personally seen the distrust multiple times against several employees. When you leave, know that it will not be on terms agreed upon and expect to be bad mouthed to current employees and others, no matter the circumstances.
