Pros

Most of the projects are good, the people are great and they give many benefits(ticket restaurant, mobile plan etc).

Cons

When I joined Arhs, the profile of the company was promising! Good money, talanted people, very good benefits. Now the greek department at least is a ship sinking.. Due to some pitfalls on some projects, they did not give a raise to most of the people, they stopped remote working and the CEO in front of the total Arhs people, critised the Greek branch to be weak and "blood suckers", telling that the management is weak etc. As a worker and a part of the employees for so many years, I felt discussed by this and humiliated! That statement of the CEO is in reallity "weak management" and the current Greek management.

Pros

If you just finished some IT studies, and you want a place to spend some hours per day doing nothing and being payed a bit for it, you came to the right place. On the other hand, if you are looking for a professional environment where you can learn, develop yourself, and just focus on work, you really should be looking for other place to start your IT career.

Cons

Just one year there, and the situation there gets obvious very quickly: Three possibilities: 1) You're friends with the bosses -> you climb on career benefits 2) You're a snitch on your team and spy your co-workers -> you climb on career benefits 3) You do your everyday work the best you can -> You stay where you are for some time with no career development perspectives.

Pros

They will go the extra mile during recruitment and make it seem that they’re giving you everything you want at the moment, and they do; but only for the recruitment process.

Cons

The CEO demeaning the Greek people of the group in front of the whole group and saying publicly that he “is ashamed to be Greek” because “the Greeks are lazy and scammers” is the first thing that comes to mind when thinking of this company’s cons. So, if you’re Greek, you know you’re not being equally treated and valued as the rest of the group. Also, they promise raises and benefits that will come in the near future, yet they never come, or will come very late. Usually after you turn in your resignation you get a “but we were just about to give you a raise/promotion/benefit” or a “we did all these for you and you sell us out?”. Imagine getting a promotion and not get paid for it, all this extra work for months and no payment for it in sight. The HR is basically an accounting department, not really caring for the people. In a situation where a manager was edgy enough to ask for money from his subordinates, the same subordinates that were refused a raise/promotion, the HR did either nothing for it or something was done behind the scenes (which is not good enough) when it was reported to them. Of course the promised work from home policy that was highly advertised during recruitment in the covid era and was “here to stay” only came for some special cases. The rest were declined the right to work from home. There’s probably more to add but I have already spent more time for this company than needed; so to summarise I would stay away from this company.
