      Great People But Lots of Stress

      Pros

      There are phenomenal staff members who work here. They are friendly and supportive of one another. Truly a group of people who will always put a smile on your face. The students also have amazing personalities.

      Cons

      There are way too many meetings and observations. Three to even four meetings a week. Arise can sometimes be a very stressful place to work because of the lack of planning and prep time. Not enough time given for sick and personal days.
