Pros
1 - You learn to survive without money. 2 - They teach you valuable lessons in how to avoid frauds in your life
Cons
1 - Salary doesn't get paid on Time EVER... 2 - When I resigned due to lack of salary for 4 months, I was told to sign papers saying that my due salary is adjusted against Notice Period (which was actually 1 month only) otherwise I would be declared absconding employee 3 - CEO spends more time & money on his Painting rather than business development which is why company has down from 20+ to 6-7 people now.
