- People are nice and considering that it is a pretty small company, it feels very familiar to work there. - You are encouraged to do research on your job.
Cons
- Lack of experienced people - Bad sallary and benefits package. You get almost no benefits at all except the basic meal tickets and medical insurance unless you have 2 years working in the company
