      Pros

      - Great retail team. Attracts good people. - Awesome, ethical product. - Mostly open communication with HQ.

      Cons

      - Low full time pay compared to other retailers - Promise of being able to make up rest of salary with bonuses - Very quiet and not supplemented with marketing, leaving a lot of room for not being able to make said bonuses from hitting sales targets - Mystery shopper micromanagement of salespeople, with full reports

      No support from upper management or the manager. Get yelled at if you don’t hit targets No communication between staff at all
