There no fixed office timings. You can come in late also like 11 am.
Cons
Many cons: 1. The CEO is a thug. 2. There are no seniors who can guide you. 3. HR policies is such that the employee ends up paying the company instead of getting paid. 4. Salary promised is not given. 5. Salary is delayed 6. No recognition for hard work. 7. Racism against North Indians;good for Telugu guys only. 7. Bad reputation in market.
