The Air-conditioning works. Don't feel sweaty in Summers.

Cons

No HR policies, No salary slip,no weekly holidays,or paid,sick or casual leave. salary is received on the 15th of next month. Need to fight for the your appointment letter. Uneducated people who believe a Baba than the management Skills..

Honestly I did not see any pros.

Cons

The one of worst organizations to work with. Work with them to to ruin your career. Doctors dont even know what is professionalism. They do not know how to talk to other employees. The moment you join would start trying getting escape but you can't because they hold the your salaries. You wont get paid. They hold salaries at least 1 or 2 months so that you dont think of getting escape. Most of doctors are drinkers.
