Opportunities for career progression are virtually non-existent, which can be disheartening for those seeking growth. The negotiation process with the HR Manager can be quite challenging. The approach taken often involves intense bargaining, similar to what one might experience in a traditional marketplace. This can sometimes result in an initial salary offer that may not fully reflect the candidate’s qualifications or market standards. It’s important for potential employees to be prepared for this and to advocate for a fair compensation package.
