Pros

The experience has been an eye-opener and enlightening, revealing the existence of diverse work environments.

Cons

The company presents a challenging work environment, with a pervasive level of toxicity across all departments. This has led to an extremely high turnover rate. Over the past decade, there have been no salary increments, AWS, or bonuses, which has raised significant concerns. Additionally, annual leave has been reduced to a mere 14 days. Opportunities for career progression are virtually non-existent, which can be disheartening for those seeking growth. The negotiation process with the HR Manager can be quite challenging. The approach taken often involves intense bargaining, similar to what one might experience in a traditional marketplace. This can sometimes result in an initial salary offer that may not fully reflect the candidate’s qualifications or market standards. It’s important for potential employees to be prepared for this and to advocate for a fair compensation package. I have spent a significant portion of my life in this environment and share my experience in the hope that it will guide others in making informed decisions about their career paths. It’s crucial to consider these factors when evaluating potential employers.

Pros

There's room for improvement. Staff benefits can be improved.

Cons

I think most of the colleagues here are nice and quiet except for some weird ones. The pay is a lot lower than the market rate. There is also no AWS or variable bonus for years so take note. During the interview, the HR Manager will keep pressing your salary down pointing out to you that you are from a certain nation etc. which is quite disheartening. If you have a choice may want to consider a better place to work. There's no career path or advancement in this company. The working culture here can be quite challenging and backwards. HR Manager always likes to talk bad about the staff instead of helping them. Pushes all responsibilities saying "it's the management's decision." Senior management doesn't appreciate their staff or care about their welfare. No work-from-home arrangements.
