      This is company is absolutely deplorable. The reviews listed are fraudulent because they previously had a 2.0 rating as of a few weeks ago. There is an active lawsuit against them for unpaid wages. The lack of leadership displayed by management directly affects the agent’s ability to deliver the service promise to the ASM’s clientele. The decorum and level of unprofessionalism displayed in the office is deplorable. It becomes increasingly difficult for agents to maintain a positive and professional attitude on each and every call. Leadership can not simply set or enforce the standard they have to be the standard. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

      Wfh option, full time, office was in a great location in the city

      Cons

      Little training, small team as everyone was leaving due to workload. Clients were a nightmare and we were advised to just deal with it. Managers were overworked so very much unable to help us. But somehow always available to push us to do more.

      This place is horrible, incredible unprofessional. They are so fake and woo you by saying they will send you to "corporate'. The pay is HORRIBLE. I would not recommend working here. They are all about false promises and overworking you. I recently heard they've just gotten worse.
